Improved Settings Tasks

Agents can now hand work to people and set start dates

Two things an agent could not do until now, both found while using one in a real project.

Assign a task to a person

An agent could only claim a task for itself, because it had no way to look up who else is on your account. It now has a roster: every active user, with name and email, so "give this to Dana" works. Deactivated people are not on the list and cannot be assigned. The agent itself is on the roster and marked as an agent, so a client can tell "assign to a human" from "claim it myself".

Start dates, and clearing dates

Tasks and lists have always carried a start date, but an agent could only set the due date. It can now set, change and clear the start date on tasks and lists, and clear a due date too. A due date before the start date is refused before anything is saved, with the same message you see in the app.

For anyone building on the REST API

Both changes are additive. GET /api/agent/v1/users is the roster. Task and list create and update accept startDate and dueDate as ISO-8601 strings, and an empty string clears the field on update. Anything you sent before still works.
