What's in the box.
No feature tiers. Everything below is on the one plan.
List & board views
A clean list and a kanban board with columns you name and reorder. Drag a task across, or bulk-edit a stack of them at once.
Cross-project timeline
Every project as a bar on one shared calendar, at Month, Quarter, or Year zoom. Each project gets its own timeline tab too.
Task dependencies
Mark a task blocked-by the work it's waiting on. Blocked chips show on the board and list, and "blocks" shows the other direction.
Per-project custom fields
Text, number, date, or a pick-list — added per project, not buried in a global admin. Filter the board and list by them.
Automations — uncapped
Three triggers, five actions, and no monthly action quota. Every run is part of your seat.
Subtasks & recurring tasks
Break a task into subtasks and a checklist. Set one to repeat daily, weekly, or monthly and stop re-creating it by hand.
Task templates
Seven built-in description formats — user story, acceptance criteria, definition of done, bug report, spike, decision record — plus checklist templates and a custom library.
Markdown everywhere
Descriptions and comments in Markdown — headings, lists, links, code — rendered safely, with an expandable editor for long ones.
Teams & delegation
Grant a team access to a project once; everyone on it is in. Team leads manage their own team, and changes land in an append-only audit log.
AI agent access
Connect Claude — or any MCP client — to your backlog with a key you can revoke. Agents don't take a seat. Set one up.
Shared client directory
Add a customer once and it's there in Project Management, Time Tracker, and CRM. No re-entering the same client three times.
Notifications
In-app and email alerts for @mentions, new assignments, and due-soon reminders — plus an optional once-a-day digest, tuned per person.
CSV import & export
Bring projects and tasks in from CSV, and take them back out any time. Round-trip safe, so nothing's locked in.
Included in your seat
$14 per seat / month, every app included. No per-app charge, no upgrade to unlock a view. See pricing.
Three views. No upgrade to see them.
List for the detail, board for the flow, timeline for the plan. The cross-project timeline puts every project you can see on one shared calendar — colored by project, filtered by status or client, zoomable from Month to Quarter to Year. Drill into a single project for its own timeline tab, where task lists act as scheduled phases.
- List view with inline edit and bulk actions
- Kanban board with columns you name and reorder
- Cross-project timeline, plus a per-project timeline tab
- Month / Quarter / Year zoom with pan controls
Dependencies and custom fields, on the base plan.
Mark a task blocked-by the work it's waiting on and the board shows it. Finishing out of order gets a heads-up — a warning, never a wall. Add the fields your work actually needs per project, fill them in the task drawer, and filter by them. Subtasks and a checklist break big work down; recurring tasks handle the work that comes back every week.
- Blocked-by and blocks, both directions visible
- Custom fields — text, number, date, or pick-list — per project
- Subtasks and checklists on any task
- Daily, weekly, or monthly recurrence
- Assignee, due date, priority, and tags as standard
Set it once. Never count runs.
Per-project rules that do the busywork: when a task's status changes, when it's assigned, or when its due date arrives — set a status, assign it, add a tag, notify a person, or create a follow-up task from a template. Other tools sell automation back to you in monthly action quotas. Here every run is part of your seat.
- Three triggers × five actions
- No run caps, no automation meter
- Every run visible — an "Automation" actor in task activity and the audit log
- Loop-safe by design — an automation's changes never chain into more automations
Start from a template, not a blank box.
Seven built-in description formats cover the shapes most teams reach for — user story, acceptance criteria, definition of done, bug report, spike, decision record. Add checklist templates and a custom library your admins curate. Everything is written in Markdown, rendered safely, with an expandable editor when a task outgrows a single paragraph.
- Seven built-in description formats
- Checklist templates and a custom template library
- Markdown in descriptions and comments — headings, lists, links, code
- @mentions in comments, with a notification attached
Put an AI agent on your backlog. It won't cost a seat.
Create an agent under Settings → Agents, give it its own API key, and point an MCP-capable client — Claude Code, VS Code, GitHub Copilot — at your workspace's agent endpoint. It works lists, tasks, subtasks, and comments in the projects you've granted through Teams, and nothing else. A brand-new agent belongs to no team and sees nothing, so it fails closed. Revoke a key and it stops on the very next request.
- Scoped through Teams, exactly like a person's access
- Can't delete anything, and can't touch billing, people, or settings
- Every change attributed to the agent in activity and the audit log
- Agents don't take a billable seat — no credits, no metering
Same clients, same login, same bill.
Your customers are shared across the suite — add one in Project Management and it's there in SB Time Tracker and SB CRM, with no re-entering. Set a budget in hours on a project and track it against the time your team actually logs. Bring your data in from CSV, and export it back out whenever you want.
- Shared client directory across Project Management, Time, and CRM
- Plan and actuals side by side when you also run Time Tracker
- CSV import and export, round-trip safe
- What shipped and when, in the changelog
The features they gate, we include.
