What happens when my trial ends?
If you haven't added a card, your account becomes read-only — you and your team can still see everything, but you can't add or change data. It stays that way for 90 days; after that the account is cancelled and its data is permanently deleted (records we must keep for legal/tax reasons are anonymized). Add a card during that window to reactivate instantly.
What's included?

How does billing work?
$14 per seat, per month — every app included. A seat is one person across the whole suite; someone who uses two apps still counts once. Client-portal users are always free.
How do I stop paying for someone?
Remove them from your company on the People page — that frees their seat on the next cycle and revokes their access everywhere. Deactivating someone inside a single app turns off their access there but keeps their seat, since they're still one person on your account.
Do I pay extra to add an app?
No. Every app is included in your $14 seat. Add Project Management or CRM to your account any time — same login, same bill, no extra per-app cost.
Is my data secure?
Each tenant is isolated at the database level. Backups run daily. We're hosted on Azure with data in US regions only.
