Project Management, rebuilt for your phone
On a phone, boards needed sideways scrolling to find a stage. Dragging a card did nothing, and a task opened in a narrow side panel with its buttons out of reach. Every screen now fits the phone in your hand.
What changed
- Tasks open full screen. Complete, Stage and Comment sit at the bottom, right where your thumb is. Comment jumps straight to the comment box.
- Boards, one stage at a time. Tap a stage (each shows its task count) or swipe to move between stages. To move a task, use Move on its card.
- Lists you can scan and reorder. My Work, Projects, the list view, Companies and pending invites are one compact row each. In the list view, each task's ⋮ menu now has Move up, Move down, Move to top, Move to bottom and Move to another list. This works on a laptop too, so you no longer have to drag.
- Project pages start with the essentials. Quick links to List, Board, Timeline and Activity, then progress at a glance and tabs that jump to each section.
- Timelines as a list. Each project or list shows its dates with a small bar and a marker for today.
- Add from anywhere. New task, New project and New company sit at the bottom of their page on a phone.
- Always up to date. Closing a task, including with ✕, refreshes the page behind it, so any change you made shows straight away.
Apart from the new move options in the list view, nothing changes on a laptop or desktop.
