Billed time keeps the rate it was invoiced at
Changing someone's billable rate no longer changes what their already-invoiced time is worth. Raise a rate from $145 to $150 and last month's billed hours used to show at $150 everywhere — even though the invoice charged $145.
What changed
Time on a finalised invoice is now valued at what that invoice actually charged, including lines you wrote down or priced as a flat amount. Unbilled time still uses today's rates, so it shows what it would bill at now.
Where you'll see it
- My Time and the Approvals calendar: amounts on billed entries and the period totals.
- Project report: the Billed column matches your invoice totals again.
- Profitability report and the dashboard's revenue figure.
- Project budgets: a rate change no longer pushes invoiced work over a money budget or sets off a budget alert.

Re-inviting someone who's already on your team no longer clears their per-project rates or the other settings you gave them in Edit User.
