Bring your Harvest history over in one import

Switching from Harvest used to mean importing projects first, then time, then fixing who owned what. The time import under Settings → Import & Export now takes Harvest's Detailed Time export as it is and handles it in one pass.

What changed

• People are matched for you by email or name. The preview lists each person with their hours and lets you pick the owner for anyone it couldn't match.
• Missing companies and projects are created as you go when you tick Also create missing companies and projects. Active people who logged time on a new project are assigned to it.
• Billable and invoiced carry over. Billable? is read row by row, and Mark rows invoiced in Harvest as billed brings those rows in as billed and read-only, so they never end up on a new invoice.
• Duplicates are caught. Rows that match time already in SB are skipped as likely duplicates unless you choose Import them anyway, so running the same file twice doesn't double your hours.
• Nothing is saved until you confirm. The preview also flags rows in weeks already submitted or approved.
• Undo. Recent imports lists your last 10 time imports. Undo deletes an import's entries; entries already on an SB invoice stay, and so do the companies and projects it created.

A file can hold up to 50,000 rows and create up to 200 companies. Rates in the file aren't imported — SB prices time from your own rates.
