Recurring holidays and one-click country calendars

Company holidays used to be one-off dates you entered again every year. Settings → Holidays now keeps a calendar that repeats on its own.

What changed

• Add country holidays fills in the national holidays for the United States, the United Kingdom (England and Wales), Canada or Australia in one step. Pick the ones your company observes; any already on your calendar are marked Already added.
• Every year, not once. A holiday can repeat on the same date or on the same weekday each year, like the fourth Thursday of November.
• Weekends handled. Choose what happens when a holiday lands on a weekend: keep the date, move it to the nearest weekday, or take the next free weekday as a substitute day. My Time labels the moved day "(observed)".
• Skip a year without deleting the holiday, and restore it later.

Where you'll see it

Holidays count wherever working days matter: time-off requests skip them, My Time marks them on the calendar, and they lower capacity in utilization and the Profitability report. Hours already stored on existing time-off requests aren't recalculated when you add a holiday later; allowances and capacity are.
