Retainer, invoice and report fixes

A round of fixes across retainers, invoices and report exports. Two of them change behaviour you may rely on; they're under Heads-up.

Retainer draft notifications now reach company admins and the managers who can see amounts, and so do recurring-invoice notifications.
A billing day missed earlier in the month is caught up, and pausing over a billing day no longer bills that month later. If a draft can't be created, the retainer shows Needs attention.
After you void a retainer's invoice, Create Draft Invoice Now works again for that month.
The retainer hours gauge counts approved, billable hours in the current billing period.
Editing a draft invoice keeps retainer fees, deposit credits and lines you added.

Report CSVs keep commas, quotes and line breaks inside one cell and are protected against spreadsheet formulas.
The Timesheet CSV has a Status column.
Reports show the names of archived companies.
Profitability downloads are recorded in the Audit Log and match the range you last ran.
Time off no longer tints weekends on My Time.

Report CSV headers now say Company instead of Client. Update any spreadsheet or pivot that looks for the old header.
An invoice with a zero-amount line can't be finalised: enter an amount or remove the line. Credit lines below zero are still fine. Recurring invoice schedules can't be saved with a zero-amount line either.
