Managers can revoke approved time off

Plans change after leave is approved, and until now a manager had no way to take an approval back. Now they can, as long as the time off hasn't started.

What changed

• Approvals → Time off has a new Approved time off list showing current and upcoming leave, marked Upcoming or In progress.
• Revoke is available until the time off starts. You confirm first, and the person is told in the app and by email.
• On their Time Off page the request now reads Revoked rather than Cancelled, so it's clear the change didn't come from them.
• You can't revoke your own time off. Cancel it from your Time Off page instead.
