Deleting a contact no longer leaves loose ends

Deleting a contact used to leave their scheduled activities behind — reminders kept arriving for someone who was no longer in your CRM. Now a deleted contact takes their activities, notes, and document links with them, and the confirmation says so before you commit. Activity lists also show who each activity is for, with a link straight to the record, so nothing on your agenda is a mystery. Contacts you've archived are easy to find again: Contacts has an Archived toggle, matching the one on Companies, so you can bring an archived contact back without hunting for it. And because deleting is permanent, it's now a sales-manager action — everyone else can still archive.
