Connect an AI agent to your projects (Beta)

You can now let an AI agent work in your projects. Create one under Settings → Agents, then point Claude — or any other tool that speaks MCP — at your workspace's agent endpoint. There's nothing to install: one command with your key, and the agent can read the backlog, work items, and report back in comments.

The agent gets its own identity, not a copy of yours. Everything it does shows up on the board, in the activity feed, and in the audit log under its own name. It sees only the projects you grant it through Teams, exactly like a teammate — a new agent with no team sees nothing at all. It can create and update lists, tasks, subtasks, and comments, and that is the whole list: no deleting, no billing, no people or settings, and nothing in Time Tracker or CRM.

Access is a key you issue and revoke yourself. Choose how long it lasts — a month, six months, a year, or never — and give each place the agent runs its own key, up to five, so retiring one doesn't disconnect the rest. Revoking takes effect on the agent's very next request. Agents don't use a billable seat.

Each account gets one agent while this is in Beta. Setup commands for each client are on the agent's card, and there's a longer walkthrough at sbassistant.com/project/agent-setup.
