Draft your week with a little help
Filling in a whole week of time entries from memory is a chore. When it's turned on for your company, the Week view now has a Draft my week button that proposes a plausible set of entries for you to review — built entirely from your own recent logging patterns and the projects you can log to.
How it works
Click Draft my week and a review panel opens with suggested entries: a project, a description, a day, and a duration for each. Rows come with a confidence chip so you can tell the obvious repeats from the guesses. Tick the ones you want, skip the rest, and accept — the entries are created exactly as if you'd added them yourself, so all the usual rules apply (project access, approval locks, your timesheet status). Anything the assistant couldn't match to one of your projects is shown but can't be added, so nothing lands on a project you're not on.
Private by design
Suggestions are only ever shown to you — never to a manager, and never on anyone else's calendar. Nothing is saved until you accept, and the draft itself is never stored. Your entry descriptions are scrubbed of emails and phone numbers before anything is drafted.
Days you've already submitted or that have been approved are left untouched. If you haven't logged much yet, there's nothing to learn from — log a few entries first and try again.
