Chart axis labels no longer show raw decimals

A rounding quirk in our charting made some axis labels read like 8.00000000000000 instead of 8. Fixed across every dashboard and report.

What changed

Value axes now round to a clean, short number. The fix is shared by every chart in the suite, so the profitability, utilization, and dashboard charts all pick it up at once. Horizontal-bar category axes were left untouched — those labels are your project and person names, not numbers.
