Send estimates clients can accept online
Win the work before you bill it. You can now create an estimate, send it to a prospective client, and let them accept or decline it online — then turn the accepted quote into an invoice in a click. Find it in the left menu under Estimates.
How it works
Build an estimate the same way you build an invoice — pick a company, add free-form line items, set a tax rate — then send it. The client gets a no-login link where they can review the quote, download a PDF, and Accept or Decline it (with an optional reason). You're notified the moment they decide.
- Accepted → invoice. One click converts an accepted estimate into a draft invoice with the same lines, ready for you to review and finalise.
- Optional deposit. Set a deposit percentage and, the instant the client accepts, a deposit invoice goes out with a pay link. When it's paid, the final invoice automatically credits what they've already paid.
- Expiry built in. Every estimate carries a "valid until" date (set the window under Invoice Defaults). Past that date, an unanswered estimate quietly expires.
- Withdraw anytime. Change your mind on a sent estimate? Withdraw it and the client's link stops working.
Estimates are available on paid plans, alongside invoices and the rest of the billing tools.
