Expense dates, days-to-pay and other small fixes
A round of small fixes from testing: expense dates and exports, the two "days to get paid" figures, the Profitability presets, and a few rough edges on the timer, quick add, approvals and client links.
Expenses
- Expense date ranges now cover exactly the days you pick. In time zones behind UTC, a range could include the next day's expenses and miss the first day's. The fix applies to the Expenses list, its CSV export and the Profitability report.
- Export CSV on Expenses is now a menu. My expenses (this list) exports the list you're looking at. Everyone's expenses is the company-wide file it used to export without saying so.
Invoices and reports
- The Invoices page's Average time to get paid and the dashboard's Avg Days to Pay now use the same calculation, so they agree: days from the invoice date to payment, for invoices paid in the last 90 days.
- On Profitability, Last 7d, Last 30d, MTD and YTD now run the report straight away, and the selected preset is highlighted. Before, they changed only the dates until you pressed Run Report.
Everywhere else
- Stopping the timer now names the project in the confirmation ("Logged 0:06 to Website Redesign.") instead of "Project".
- Quick add no longer opens with the project list covering the Log a recent entry again chips.
- Approving several timesheets at once now says "Approved 2 timesheets."
- One click on Download PDF on an invoice or estimate link now downloads it once. Client link pages also no longer log sign-in errors in the browser console.
