Invoice line items now bill each person's rate exactly

When two people work the same project at different billable rates, the invoice now bills each of their rates exactly — instead of blending them into one project average.

What changed

• Line items group by project and person. Previously a project was one line, which averaged different people's rates together and could misstate the total when hours and rates were skewed. Now each person on a project gets their own line at their own rate.
• You can see who logged each entry. Step 2 of the invoice wizard gained an Employee column, so you know exactly whose time you're pulling in before you commit to the line items.

Nothing to configure — open the wizard, pick a client and date range, and the lines come out right.
