Clients can now pay invoices online
Connect your Stripe account and clients can pay their invoices online — by card or bank transfer — straight from the hosted invoice page. No more chasing bank transfers or reconciling payments by hand.
How to turn it on
Head to Settings → Online Payments and connect your Stripe account. It takes a couple of minutes: Stripe verifies your business details, then sends you back. Once you're connected, a Pay now online button appears on every invoice you've sent.
What your clients see
The invoice page they already receive now carries a Pay now online button. They check out securely on Stripe, and the invoice is marked Paid automatically once the payment settles — including bank-transfer payments that take a day or two to clear. Your payment reminder emails now link to the same view-and-pay page.
Payments go directly to your own Stripe account — you handle payouts, refunds, and disputes from your Stripe dashboard, and Stripe's processing fees are billed to you. Nothing changes for invoices if you don't connect Stripe; the page stays view-only, exactly as before.
