Sync your customers, invoices, and payments to QuickBooks
You can now connect SB Time Tracker to QuickBooks Online and push your billing data across without re-keying it. Head to Settings → Integrations, connect your QuickBooks company, and you're set.
What syncs
Sync is manual — press Sync now whenever you want to push, and nothing leaves SB Time Tracker until you do. Each run sends, in order:
- Customers — the companies on the invoices you're syncing.
- Invoices — every invoice you've sent (or that's overdue or paid).
- Payments — recorded against invoices you've marked paid.
It only sends what isn't already in QuickBooks, so running it again never creates duplicates. Anything that can't go across — for example, an invoice in a currency other than your QuickBooks company's — is listed for you after the run instead of quietly failing.
Reconnecting
QuickBooks connections expire after a long stretch without a sync. If that happens, the page shows a Reconnect prompt — reconnect and your existing links are preserved, so nothing is duplicated. Integrations settings live under Company Admin and require a paid plan.
