Install CRM as an app

CRM can now be installed to your phone's home screen or your desktop like a native app. Open the site in Chrome, Edge, or Safari and use the browser's Install app (or Add to Home Screen) option — you'll get the SB CRM icon, a full-screen window without browser chrome, and the same contacts, companies, and pipeline you already use.

If your connection drops, the app now shows a clear offline page with a retry button instead of a browser error. You'll still need a connection to view and update your records — this is about getting back in cleanly, not working offline.
